It’s not a ‘pseudo-therapist’ or chatbot. It’s not a free-for-all social media platform. It’s not a matchmaking service.

You need to be seeing a therapist to use it. Your teammates are known and trusted individuals. And it’s not a crisis-line either, unfortunately (but we’re working hard to change that!).

And it’s not for consumer use which is why you can’t view it on the app store. It’s meant for the clinical setting for the time period it is prescribed.
